Sharon Burgess, M.Ed.
I have spent more than 35 years helping young children, families, and educators thrive.
My career includes 25 years as an early childhood special education teacher and 10 years coaching educators. I returned to the classroom after retirement because this work—and the people doing it—matter deeply to me.
Through Elev8, I share practical, respectful strategies educators and families can use in real life, especially when behavior, communication, sensory needs, or developmental differences make everyday moments harder.
